When it comes to building those Vegas Collections in Mafia Wars, it can seem like a real pain to try and get some of the items you really need. The reason is that everyone else it trying to get them too and it’s hard to get someone to part with a rare item once they have it. So what do you do to gain those rare items that you need to complete your Vegas Collections? Here are three easy tips that you can do when you play Mafia Wars that can really help you out:
1. Red Mystery Bags: In the first job that you do in every tier in Vegas, you should get a red mystery bag. These all will give you items you need – as well as the opportunity to gain some of the better items from the Vegas Collections as well. The best way to gain these is to do as many “first” jobs as you can throughout your game play so that you will be getting these red mystery bags in every day. You’ll get one for yourself and one that you can send out to friends. Don’t forget to send them out and don’t let them go if someone sends you one! You might be missing out on some major pieces that you need if you do.
2. Play Every Day: Yes, it means that you need to log in and try to play a few minutes every day, which can be hard sometimes. Here is why you want to try and accomplish this: after 5 consecutive days of game play, you can get a sweet mystery bag collection item which is usually something that you really need. It’s hard to tell if the game sends you something that’s on your wish list or not, so keep your wish lists updated, but it is almost always something that you really need to complete a collection in Vegas.
3. Super Pignata: You can accept only 5 of these every 24 hours in the game and they are found on the free gifts page. You can send and receive them. Now, the trick to this is that if you let your time pass for over 48 hours without logging in to play, you’ll let the super pignata expire and it’s gone. The good news is that you can still get your special reward even if it does. These special rewards are usually something like more reward points, more mafia members, Vegas Collection items, or even wish lists items that you seriously need. So far, we have found that the majority of these special reward items from the super pignata are collection items that are on your wish list – if you don’t get reward points or mafia members.
Just make sure that you are keeping your wish list updated in Mafia Wars and you place items from the Vegas Collections on them that you really need. You never know when you’ll get one of these red mystery bags, special rewards, or even gifts from other players that could just be that last piece you need. You will also find that by completing as many Vegas jobs as you possibly can per day will increase your chances of gaining these items and completing collections in that area of Mafia Wars.
